Take Route 1 north to Centre Street, Danvers. At end of exit, turn left onto Centre Street. Follow to fork in the road and bear right onto Collins Street. Follow to the end to a set of lights. Go straight onto Federal Street. VNA Care Network & Hospice is 5 Federal Street, the second building on the right. Use the parking lot behind the building and enter through the front door that faces Federal Street. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor.
From Route 114 (East):
Turn left onto Sylvan Street. (Petco and Getty gas station are at the intersection.) Go to the second set of lights and turn right onto Federal Street. VNA Care Network & Hospice is 5 Federal Street, the second building on the right. Use the parking lot behind the building and enter through the front door that faces Federal Street. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor.
From the North:
Take 95 south to Centre Street, Danvers. At the end of the exit, take a left onto Centre Street. Follow to the fork in the road and bear right onto Collins Street. Take Route 128/95 north. When Routes 95 and 128 split, stay to the left to continue on 128 north. Take exit 24/Endicott Street and turn right at the end of the ramp. Continue to the end of the street, where you will face Sylvan Street Grille. Turn right. At the next set of lights, turn right.
