Take Route 95 north to Route 128 north. Follow Route 128 north to the end. At the rotary, take the first right. (Friendly's Restaurant is on your right.) You will be on Washington Street. Follow Washington Street until you come to the Joan of Arc statue in the middle of the road. Bear right at the statue. Follow this road about five car lengths. VNA Care Network & Hospice is on the left in a large yellow house.
