Take Route 190 north or 495 to Route 2 west. Take exit 32 (Route 13/Whalom Park). Take a left off the exit at the lights. Take a left at the first light (appears you are going back on the highway). Stay to the right. A cemetery will be on your right. Go past Fallon on the left. VNA Care Network & Hospice is on the left in a large yellow building. The parking lot is in the back. Entrance is at the basement down ramp.
