From I-95 North/Route 128 North:
Take I-95 north/Route 128 north to exit 25, Route 114 (North Shore Mall on left). Follow Route 114 east through Peabody, Salem, and Marblehead (approx. 6 miles from Route 128 to office). Follow along Route 114, Lafayette Street in Salem, which turns into Lafayette Street, Marblehead. Pass Salem State College on the right and continue straight into Marblehead. Continue on Route 114, which will turn into Pleasant Street. Follow Pleasant Street to the blinking light (6th set of lights), which is the intersection of School and Pleasant (National Grand Bank will be on the left). Take a right onto School Street. At stop sign take a left onto Washington Street. Follow Washington Street about one block. When the road splits, bear right. VNA Care Network & Hospice's 40 South Street office is immediately on your right.
From Route 495 North:
Take 495 north to exit 42, Route 114 east. Follow Route 114 east through Peabody, Salem, and Marblehead.
