VNA Care Network & Hospice Receives Making a Difference Award
VNA Care Network & Hospice recently received the Making a Difference Award from the Better Ending Community Advisory Council.
The Better Ending initiative is a project of the Central Massachusetts Partnership to Improve Care at the End of Life. The Partnership is a coalition of professional, civic, business, and religious leaders committed to the vision that all persons in Central Massachusetts live their last days as comfortably as possible, in the setting of their choice, according to their expressed wishes, while they and their families are supported by a caring community.
VNA Care Network & Hospice president and CEO Karen Green accepted the award. The Network was honored for providing the Better Ending initiative with critical logistical assistance including office space and computer support.
