New England Cable News Features VNA Care Network & Hospice

A recent study by Harvard Medical School revealed that many health care providers and their terminally ill patients delay talking about end-of-life care.

New England Cable News turned to VNA Care Network & Hospice to learn more about hospice, which helps terminally ill patients and their loved ones focus on life, and why doctors and patients may have difficulty starting a conversation about end-of-life care. The video includes interviews with Anne Bivins, vice president of hospice; Kate Mason, RN; and Kathleen Fahey, wife of a Tippett Home resident.
