Buy a "Hug" to Support the Tippett Home

The Hugs for Hospice cupcake

is available during November

at Treat Cupcake Bar.

We’ll be celebrating National Hospice Month by eating lots of “Hugs for Hospice” cupcakes from the Treat Cupcake Bar in Needham.

For each cupcake sold, VNA Care Network & Hospice will receive a donation in support of the Campaign for the Tippett Home, our hospice home in Needham for the terminally ill. (Learn more about the $2 million capital campaign and upcoming renovations of the Tippett Home.)

“Families talk a lot about the love, laughter, comfort, and support that fills the Tippett Home. Treat Cupcake Bar’s bakers found the perfect way to express all of that in the Hugs for Hospice cupcake,” said Susan Young, director of fund development for VNA Care Network & Hospice.

This specially designed cupcake features chocolate cake with white chocolate bits. Each cupcake is topped with white chocolate frosting, chocolate drizzle, candy hearts, glitter, and a Hershey’s Hug.

Hugs for Hospice cupcakes will be available throughout November at Treat Cupcake Bar, 1450 Highland Ave., Needham Center. Fifty percent of all proceeds will be given directly to the Campaign for the Tippett Home as part of the shop’s Treat Others Well program.
