Clinics and Support Groups
VNA Care Network & Hospice offers numerous free clinics and support groups to promote the health and wellbeing of area residents. Services are supported in part by donations and grants from individuals and organizations.
Learn more about:
- Bereavement support groups help people cope with the loss of a loved one due to death.
- Fall prevention services give seniors the tools they need to reduce their risk.
- Flu vaccination clinics are open to adults ages 18 and older.
- Keep Well clinics are a chance for seniors to meet one-on-one with a community health nurse for blood pressure monitoring and other health assessments. Blood pressure screenings are also available for all adults.
- Medication management talks show seniors how to get the most out of their medications and avoid possibly harmful drug interactions.
