VNA Care Network & Hospice offers numerous free clinics and support groups to promote the health and well-being of area residents. Services are supported in part by donations and grants from individuals and organizations.

Bereavement support groups help people cope with the loss of a loved one due to death.
Breast Cancer Treatment Support Program aids women in financial need.
Fall prevention services give seniors the tools they need to reduce their risk.
Flu clinics keep area residents healthy.
Keep Well clinics are a chance for seniors to meet one-on-one with a community health nurse for blood pressure monitoring and other health assessments. Blood pressure screenings are also available for all adults.
Medication management services show seniors how to get the most out of their medications and avoid possibly harmful drug interactions.
Osteoporosis talks empower seniors to take charge of their health.
Pre-Diabetes talks and screenings help seniors learn if they are at risk for a disease that is reaching epidemic proportions and what they can do to stay healthy.
Women's Health improves access to health care for low income, uninsured and underinsured women age 40 to 64.
