Keep Well clinics are free and open to residents age 60 and over. Run by community health nurses from VNA Care Network & Hospice, services include health assessments (blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight monitoring; cardiopulmonary assessments, etc.), teaching (medication, diet, disease management, preventive health, etc.), and referrals to community resources. Please note that some locations offer blood pressure screenings only, which are open to people of all ages.

Clinics are funded in part by the United Way, local boards of health, private foundations, Reliant Medical Group Foundation, Greater Worcester Community Foundation, Topsfield-Boxford Community Club, Marblehead Female Humane Society, client donations, and VNA Care Network & Hospice.

Clinic times and locations are subject to change. Clinics are currently held in: Beverly, Bolton, Boxford, Clinton, Danvers, Dedham, Gloucester, Haverhill, Hudson, Leominster, Manchester-By-The-Sea, Marblehead, Marlborough, Maynard, Needham, Northborough, Rockport, Spencer, Sterling, Sudbury, Swampscott, Topsfield, and Worcester.
