Breast Cancer Treatment Support
VNA Care Network & Hospice provides stipends to women with breast cancer who need financial assistance for medications, co-payments, transportation to treatment, and other needs that will help increase their access to treatment and support their recovery.
The program is open to women with breast cancer living in Massachusetts who have financial need. For more information, contact Joan Fitzpatrick, RN, at 888-663-3688, ext. 1326 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Breast Cancer Treatment Support Program is funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure ®. The Komen MA Affiliate has as its mission to eradicate breast cancer by advancing research, screening, care, and education. Their goals are to achieve 100% screening, 100% access, and 100% follow-up. North Shore Community Health Network funding also supports this program.
