VNA Care Network & Hospice has completed the public clinics for the 2011-2012 flu season. Please visit this page in fall 2012 for more clinic dates.
During the clinics, staff will screen for certain allergies, such as to eggs, egg products, and latex, that would make receiving the vaccine inadvisable. Pregnant women must provide a note from their physician stating that they may receive the vaccine.
Clinic times are subject to change due to vaccine availability. Appointments are not necessary. Participants are asked to wear a short-sleeve shirt.
To schedule a flu clinic for your organization or business, contact Maureen Sendrowski at 888-663-3688, ext. 5603 or e-mail msendrowski@vnacarenetwork.org.
