The Multicultural Services Program offers on-site consulting services to agencies or groups seeking to improve their organizational cultural proficiency. Consulting services may include informational discussions with senior administrators, employee focus groups, individual meetings with a cross-section of employees, and the development of surveys. All activities are designed to explore the organization's cross-cultural experience, strengths and weaknesses in the provision of culturally proficient care, areas where support and resources are needed, and future goals.

The contracting organization will be offered recommendations, tools, strategies, and resources designed to increase cultural competency and improve cross-cultural communication and experience.
