When to Seek Home-Based Care for Chronic or Life-Limiting Conditions
Time and again our patients and their loved ones say, "We wish we had called you sooner." You don’t need to face a serious illness and all it means by yourself.
VNA Care Network & Hospice offers a wide range of home-based health care services that improve individuals' quality of life and allow patients to continue living at home. Our Care Choices Palliative Care and Hospice services are specially designed for persons facing a debilitating chronic illness or other serious, life-limiting condition. (If living at home becomes difficult, Hospice also offers homelike residences in Cambridge, Needham, and Worcester.)
Our nurses and rehabilitation therapists understand that each stage of illness presents its own challenges. VNA Care Network & Hospice can help you meet those challenges and focus on life as you wish to live it.
